Visa Information

ICMEET-2026 will be held in Bali, Indonesia. Below is everything you need to know about entering Indonesia for the conference.

Visa on Arrival (VoA / eVoA)

Citizens of 90+ eligible countries can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VoA) upon arriving at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Bali. The electronic VoA (eVoA) can also be applied for online before travel to skip airport queues.

Fee: IDR 500,000 (~USD 30–35)
Validity: 30 days (extendable once for 30 more days)
Extension: Once, for additional 30 days (IDR 500,000)
Apply for the eVoA online before your trip via evisa.imigrasi.go.id to avoid queues at the airport. Most travellers with a biometric passport clear immigration in under 5 minutes.
Entry Requirements
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of arrival
  • Return or onward ticket out of Indonesia
  • Proof of accommodation (hotel booking confirmation)
  • Sufficient funds for the duration of stay
  • Payment for VoA fee (cash IDR/USD or card at airport kiosk)
  • Complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass before departure (Indonesian health app)
  • Pay the mandatory Bali Tourism Levy of IDR 150,000 per visitor
Countries Not Eligible for VoA

If your country is not on the VoA eligible list, you must apply for an Indonesian e-Visa (C1 Visit Visa) through the official immigration portal before travelling.

If your visa application requires a Visa Invitation / Support Letter from the conference, please contact the organising team well in advance (at least 4–6 weeks before travel).

Delegates who require a Visa Support Letter from ICMEET-2026 may request one by emailing the organising team:

Policy for issuing Visa Support Letters:
  • Letters are issued only after successful registration and full payment
  • Letters are issued only for registered participants, authors, chairs, and speakers
  • Letters cannot be issued for guests or accompanying persons
  • A Visa Support Letter does not guarantee visa approval — it is supplementary documentation only
